The exhibition recalls important events and topics from the Homeland War, endeavouring to keep them from oblivion, and also to add to and deepen the understanding of wartime events in Dubrovnik.
The exhibition presents for the first time studied original documents, objects and photographs donated by the Police Defenders of Dubrovnik, Konavle Homeland War Volunteers Association and Croatian Navy Dubrovnik Volunteers Association.

Šibenik in the Homeland War
Dubrovnik, Institute for the Restoration of Dubrovnik, December 6, 2010 – January 6, 2011 exhibition was mounted as part of the exhibition “You are the city”, in collaboration with the Croatian Memorial Documentation Centre of the Homeland War and photography authors Željko Krnčević, Siniša Štrkalj and Damir Lučić Luco of Šibenik.
In its photographs, the exhibition tells of the war days in Šibenik, its inhabitants, those driven from their homes, the combatants, the damage to monuments, the Libertas convoy and so on.
